The fact that the company was so close to my home made this experience even more enriching. What interested me most during this internship was the opportunity to immerse myself in the field of DTP, to work on graphic design assignments to apply my skills and acquire new ones. I was included in creative meetings where I could share my ideas and provide feedback on ongoing projects.
To present my final project, I created a structure composed mainly of doming waste.
Beyond technical skills, I also learned a lot about the professional world. I witnessed the importance of deadlines, organization, and time management.
- Juliette SOULA
- 1st year Master's in Marketing and Organizational Communication
- Montpellier Management School
- 20-week Internship
As part of my first year of Master’s studies, I joined Sÿnia for a 5-month period to complete my end-of-year internship.
Upon my arrival, Sÿnia was in the midst of launching its new brand, Decostick, aimed at the decoration sector. Decostick markets 3D adhesive tiles that allow for very easy interior renovation.
My internship assignments were therefore solely focused on the launch of this new project. I was hired as a Marketing & Communication Assistant to support and liaise with all project stakeholders. I was also responsible for tracking orders and customer feedback to ensure an optimal customer experience. Finally, one of my tasks was to monitor the performance indicators of the e-commerce site and analyze this data to subsequently evolve the offering.
This internship was very enriching, as I was able to work directly with marketing and communication professionals. My assignments allowed me to better understand the challenges of marketing, from product conception to distribution, and communication regarding brand awareness and customer loyalty. Overall, I enjoyed my internship at Sÿnia, which is a dynamic and ambitious company, and I believe this experience helped me define my professional path.

During these 11 weeks, I was able to work on my recycling project with the support and cooperation of all staff. This company experience allowed me to consolidate the concepts acquired during my training to better guide my professional orientation. I also discovered the field of quality, in which I now intend to pursue my studies.
I would particularly like to thank the Sÿnia team for their welcome and the trust they placed in me. I completed a very instructive and enriching internship, both professionally and personally.
- Ericka ANDRIAMASINORO
- Professional Retraining - Quality, Safety, Environment, Sustainable Development Manager
- 7-week Internship
My mission at Sÿnia was to participate in implementing a quality system. One of my first roles was to meet with employees and interview them to better understand the company’s activities and formalize them through various types of documents. The entire team gave me a very warm welcome and was highly cooperative, which allowed me to make good progress.
I also participated in improving organization by implementing an action plan to address certain issues, specifically by contributing my ideas, helping employees better equip themselves, and creating a tracking tool to ensure detailed traceability of certain products and their operationalization.
This internship at Sÿnia was a very enriching experience, both professionally and personally. I was able to discover a new activity, having previously worked in construction, and also put into practice what I learned during my training. I thank the entire Sÿnia team for allowing me to advance in my professional development project.

- Léa PHEULPIN
- 2nd year Master's in Communication
- Sup'De Com Montpellier
- 1-year Work-Study Program
I joined Sÿnia in September 2018 to complete my final year of work-study as part of my Master’s in Communication at Sup’De Com Montpellier.
At Sÿnia, I discovered a sector of activity that was new to me. I learned to work with a team where ideas constantly circulate and innovative products are born. I quickly noticed the value of our product, which is fundamental to the company’s economic growth.
The position of Communication Officer did not exist before my arrival. I therefore had to take over the communication agency’s files. During this year, I was responsible for the entire website, newsletter editing, organizing and managing internal and external trade shows and events, and creating and deploying print and online communication.
I also had the opportunity to travel for business to Paris and Lyon to staff our booth at professional trade shows, particularly C!Print and Print in Progress.
Working at Sÿnia means knowing how to be versatile, very dynamic, proactive, and above all, responsive.
In August 2019, I obtained my diploma and was hired on a permanent contract.
- Louis CHARLES
- General Engineer - Energy, Environment, and Risks (EER) Department
- IMT Alès
- 6-week Internship
During my 2nd year at the École des Mines d’Alès, I was able to carry out my “Organizational Consulting” mission within Sÿnia. For this mission, three of us students helped Sÿnia with its digital transition. To do this, we had to deploy the iDMétier production monitoring software in all workshops to extract data and establish a real-time production analysis dashboard.
During our project, we therefore collaborated with the production team, Sÿnia’s Management, and the development company ACMSI.
Significant communication work was therefore essential throughout the five weeks. However, we faced some reluctance from production at the beginning of the deployment, certainly due to our lack of experience. But their cooperation ultimately proved to be a great help for the successful progress of our project.
More personally, this mission allowed me to discover an unknown field: doming. Thanks to this internship, I gained new and enriching experience within a dynamic, growing SME.
- Valentin JOURDAN
- Professional Baccalaureate in Printed and Multimedia Product Production (RPIP)
- Three 6-week Internships from 2017 to 2019
I completed my first internship at Sÿnia at the age of 17. I completed two more at the same company until I was 19. These few years allowed me to observe the material and technological advancements of the company, which did not hesitate to invest. My assignments were diverse and varied.
During my last internship, I had the opportunity to undertake assignments with more responsibilities, such as stock management, implementing new software, and proposing investments. Working for Sÿnia was very instructive, not only because the process is impressive, but also because it is an innovative company with unique expertise.
Personally, what I appreciated most about this company was the trust placed in me by entrusting me with tasks involving significant responsibilities.
- Antoine FAVRE FÉLIX
- General Engineer - specialization in Civil Engineering and Sustainable Buildings
- IMT Alès
- 6-week Internship
During my 2nd year of studies at the École des Mines d’Alès, I had the opportunity to be immersed for one month in the world of doming, within Sÿnia.
The main objective of our mission was to implement and improve the custom-designed production monitoring software for the company.
We were therefore able to work in collaboration with all project stakeholders, and good communication was thus one of the keys to the success of our mission.
Working on the progress of this project within a very pleasant team was enriching from both a professional and personal perspective.
- Ryan SIMON
- Chemistry student at the University of Montpellier
- 1-week Internship
During my short internship at Sÿnia, I had the opportunity to discover the different departments involved in manufacturing doming.
I found the way it was produced very interesting, as two liquid products are mixed to obtain a rigid result.
I started with computer modeling, then moved on to printing, cutting, sampling, resin application, and finally, finishing control.
Among these different stages, I preferred the resin application, as it is the closest to chemistry, and thus to my studies.
Because interns are the future
Sÿnia is committed to recruiting and training students during their studies to help them find their professional path and enrich their experiences.
Our sector of activity allows us to host students from various academic backgrounds and sectors: printing, DTP, cutting, communication & marketing, etc.
